1. This E-gift dining experience card is valid for up to 12 months from the date of purchase and is non-refundable.

2. This E-gift dining experience card is valid for the purchased dining experience and is inclusive of service charge.

 

3. This E-gift dining experience card is redeemable at Andō restaurant, dine-in only.

 

4. This E-gift dining experience is not valid during specific blackout dates, including special events, public holiday eve, public holiday, festive season, Valentine’s and golden week.

 

5. This E-gift dining experience card can only be used for one transaction - no refund will be offered if it’s not used to its full value.

 

6. The E-gift dining experience card must be presented for redemption.

 

7. This E-gift dining experience is only valid for dine-in food & beverage only and cannot be used for banquets, meetings, private events or other services.

 

8. Any additional order must be settled in full by cash or credit card.
